Delivery
All works bought through Viva La Vandal are sold and sent on a case by case basis and will require a signature on arrival.

Please allow 28 days for delivery. We aim to send orders as soon as possible and the majority of orders should arrive within 7 days of placing the order. With this in mind please be patient when awaiting delivery, especially if the item is being sent outside the UK.

At the time of purchase you will be able to review the delivery cost which can vary with regard to product and shipping destination.

Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Viva La Vandal within 24 hours of receiving goods. If the item is returned in mint condition, in the original packaging within 7 days you will be issued with a refund which will total the purchase price of said item. Refunds do not include the shipping costs paid by us or the customer.

In the event of an item arriving damaged please contact Viva La Vandal within 24 hours. If possible a replacement will be issued, pending on the return of the original item. However in some cases it may not be possible to provide a replacement, in the event of this happening a full refund will be issued.

Privacy

Viva La Vandal is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of all personal information that you provide us with.

If you register for our Newsletter, under no circumstances will we sell, rent or exchange your email address. We also do not disclose data provided by visitors to the site to any third party without permission having been granted. We accept all major credit and debit cards through a secure SSL connection processed by Pay-Pal. All payments are to be made in pounds Sterling. In order to process payments, your bank or credit card processor may require you to verify your details for authorization.
